Basic Pilates Work Out

Until I can do some filming this is quite a good YouTube Beginners Pilates work out you could do at home.  There are different variations, levels, speeds and breathing to challenge you but I think the teaching is of a good standard.  Some of you will be familiar with a lot of the exercises.  Please make sure you do this when your muscles are warm.  Enjoy!
